Vida Corbett Freelance Desktop Publisher Vida has 18 years experience in research and analysis of statistical data, including inhouse training as a writer and editor of technical publications, with the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Since gaining formal qualifications in desktop publishing four years ago, Vida has provided freelance publishing services to the education and small business sectors. Services include layout and design, typesetting, copyediting, structural editing, proofreading and project management. She specialises in providing a personalised, professional service to self-publishers and community organisations. Experienced in Quark, PageMaker, Photoshop, Illustrator and all Microsoft Office 2000 products with Mac and PC environments both catered for. With her extensive background in senior management, Vida also provides a consultancy service to organisations in the areas of staff recruitment and performance management.
