She has 18 years experience as a secondary teacher-librarian and deputy principal, and spent five years working for a library software company providing training, help desk support, and documentation. Rhonda set up her own business in 1999, providing contract technical writing services to various companies, including software companies, mining and resource companies, and government departments. She specialises in online help, internet and intranet content, and technical editing. Rhonda has been a speaker at international conferences held by the Society for Technical Communication (Nashville, 2002; Dallas, 2003; Baltimore, 2004) and Writers UA (Las Vegas, 2005). She is also an Author IT Certified Consultant.
